Malori Plush

Malori's journey into the design world began early on, watching her dad build Plush Designs from the ground up. She earned a degree in International Business and a Certificate in Kitchen & Bath Design. For her, the most fulfilling aspect of the design process is seeing an idea materialize into three-dimensional reality. Malori has been designing for Plush Designs for over six years. Beyond work, Malori shares her passion for creativity by teaching local art and meditation classes, while also enjoying outdoor activities like mountain biking, grass volleyball, and trail running.

Ben McGinnis

Ben McGinnis, our new project manager, started installing cabinets for a custom home builder in Seattle, where he grew up. Since then, he has had a variety of installation jobs, including a rewarding five-year stint installing cabinets and millwork in custom yacht interiors. After moving to Colorado in 2016, Ben worked as an independent contractor, installing kitchen and bath projects for Plush Designs and gaining useful experience.

Ben works in the office doing scheduling and generally making sure things run smoothly. He enjoys going into the field to help our installers and troubleshoot problems.

Ben is married with two children. He loves spending time outdoors, camping with his family, and escaping to the river with a fly rod in hand.

Sam Holt

Sam is the Senior Project Manager at Plush Designs. With a background in construction management from Colorado State University, he brings a wealth of experience to the company. Over the years, Sam has developed skills in commercial and residential construction and remodeling, eventually specializing in cabinet installation. Since joining Plush Designs in 2003, Sam has been instrumental in overseeing scheduling, cost control, installations and problem-solving, ensuring the seamless operation of both field projects and the showroom.

Randy Culver

Born and raised in a small Indiana farm town on the Ohio River, Randy was raised with a sense of honor, faith, and responsibility. He has always had a curiosity about how things work, which led him to embark on a journey in design. In the 90s, he pursued his degree in mechanical engineering and, shortly after, architectural design. Not quite satisfied in the mechanical engineering and design field, Randy decided to pursue a career in cabinetry where his creative and artistic abilities melded flawlessly with his engineering and design skill set. Now, over 20 years later, Randy embraces his skills by helping homeowners and builders fulfill their cabinetry visions.

Randy has been married for over twenty years to his wife and number one supporter. They have five children--one daughter and four rambunctious sons-ranging six to twenty years old. His goal is to raise honest, strong-minded children who are thoughtful, adventurous, and bold in their approach to life.

In his spare time, Randy enjoys working on his mini farm, building projects, fishing, wood turning, coaching his son's baseball team, playing with his RC toys, staying fit, and enjoying Colorado's wilderness through off-roading and camping with his family.

Michael Mannebach

Michael’s professional life has been solidly about art and design. After his graduation from college with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, he went into the commercial art business. He has held various positions, such as graphic designer, illustrator, exhibit designer and design director. As an exhibit designer, Michael’s love for 3D design, space planning and architecture was rekindled.

Michael then sought out a career in interior design and took a position as a kitchen and bath designer for a large retail chain. From that position, he gained experience and success in custom cabinetry layout, sales and project management. Now, Michael does design support for Plush Designs, as well as fine art painting.

Matt Plush

Matt grew up around the kitchen design business and began working at Plush Designs during his college years, where he earned a degree in computer science. He chose to continue designing kitchens and other spaces because he loves the creative nature of the work. When he is not working, he is often golfing, fishing, or snowboarding. Combining attention to detail with a dedication to crafting the perfect design, Matt ensures clients receive exceptional results.

Josh Carrington

With 26 years of design and installation experience, Josh is a seasoned pro in the kitchen and bath industry. Raised in Southern California, he learned from his father, Brent, a long-time, and highly regarded installer at Plush Designs. Josh's expertise shines as he crafts stylish spaces and breathes new life into outdated areas with contemporary trends and functionalities. His clients value not only his skill but also his infectious enthusiasm and meticulous attention to detail, making each project a seamless and satisfying experience.

Outside of work, Josh is a devoted family man, actively participating in sports like baseball, football, and Mountain Biking with his three children. While coaching baseball is his primary passion, he also enjoys unwinding on the golf course when time allows.
